The perspective given in this image is not "normal" for the human eye. By slightly tilting the camera, it creates a sense of unease for both the viewer and the man in the picture. The cleverly included fence gives the image a ground basis for which direction you should be looking, and allows the viewer to depict what is "off" about the picture.
in this picture, there are some expressions i can use. the intent of the picture, I can easily understand that he is late so he is running and hurry. It has strong image of movement and energy. Lot of vertical line is in the picture, trees and fence. the vertical lines help that picture makes Rhythm.
