I really like this picture. The sun is not centered and the composition is well balanced. The colors are rich and clear. You can tell the dock is in the forground and the sun is setting behind the body of water. It has a creative design to it with the shadows on the dock. My eyes move through the picture and come back to the beginning point. This is a well composed picture.
