A Block Photojournalism: Our top picks
This first week of class we are beginning the study of photojournalism. Students are looking online at a variety of news venues to find images that they think are great examples of storytelling.
Ok A Block Photography, i hope you look at this photo the same way as me. This photo has many emotions. the effects in this photo with the debris in the back, adds drama
This photo really catches the eye of the audience because of the unique composition, the vibrance of the colors stand out along with the goriness of the picture
Here is a collection of the world's largest cave just found in Vietnam. I Love the concept that its up to 460 feet tall and is 2.7 miles long. It show eve nit we think we have discovered everything there is still so much out there!
For my 3rd and final comment, i would like to talk about this photo. It looks like its just a shadow but the person is in the air in-front of the light. i like how it adds effect to the photograph. (photo 12 of 14)
http://www.life.com/image/first/in-gallery/44861/the-weeks-best-photos-62510#index/12 The change of color from the water flowing in to the water in the basin is amazing. http://www.life.com/image/first/in-gallery/45441/the-weeks-best-photos-7210#index/10 This is cool b/c of the double subject. http://www.life.com/image/first/in-gallery/47591/the-weeks-best-photos-82710#index/27 I just like it cause it's funny
