Preston Gannaway (formerly of the Concord Monitor) has won a Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography! I recommend you look at the pictures and watch the mixed media feature, even if it takes more than one sitting.

This is a powerful, moving story. Watching it has changed me. I am grateful to both the photographer and to the family for sharing these moments of shared lives and death.
